Our history
The company was founded in Madrid in 1984 as a public limited company specialising in the banking and housing sector.
Juan Francisco Alcántara Romero, CEO of IYCSA joined the group in September 2009 as a Managing Director, restructuring the business model and turning around the company’s services. In 2015, IYCSA became a shareholder and subsequently, in December 2016, acquired the company in its entirety.
In 2019, from the union of several companies in the construction sector led by IYCSA, IYCSA GROUP was born.
IYCSA GROUP is made up of different business units, of which we are part, with the capacity to act independently or in a coordinated way, generating synergies in order to provide integral solutions adapted to the needs of our clients.
