How much does it cost to install photovoltaic panels?
The cost of installation depends on several factors. What we can tell you is that it usually pays for itself between 4 and 7 years. The panels have a life of at least 25 years, so the investment is worthwhile.
Do photovoltaic panels generate electricity on cloudy days?
Their performance is lower than on sunny days but the answer is yes, the panels generate electricity on cloudy days.
What happens to the energy generated but not consumed?
You can feed surplus energy into the grid for financial compensation from the suppliers.

Does home insurance cover damage to the installation?
First of all, you should check the conditions with your insurer and inform them of the installation of the photovoltaic panels.
In general, if the photovoltaic panels are fixed to the house, they are considered permanent installations of electrical energy. and therefore fall within the housing container. The same coverages should apply as for the entire property.
